Riff Raff seeks bright young Production Assistant/Office Manager to join our family.

Riff Raff is a multi award winning Production Company that has been voted best Production Company of the year for the past 2 years. We fundamentally produce Music Videos and Commercials, but are expanding into Social Media, Feature films and direct work for clients and brands.

We are a very small, inclusive company where we ask everyone to get involved in numerous tasks that stretch peoples talents, asks for innovative thinking and offers responsibilities both within and outside their comfort zones. But all with the safety net of our helping hands of experience.

We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Production Assistant / Office Manager to join our FAM, someone who is fundamentally organised, diligent and time efficient,

The chosen one will have the following responsibilities:
Book and supervise image researchers/designers/writers, liaising with director and executive producer.
Supply and organise petty cash and shoot bag.
Booking and supervising interns
Maintaining a clean and tidy office and managing the stock of office stationary and supplies.
Overseeing office contractors including internet provider, cleaning service etc
Managing company subscriptions to media and social platforms
Managing office petty cash flow and making a monthly log of all outgoings.
Supervising and sourcing stock of company merchandise.
Supervising the opening and closing of the office and staff keys.
Supervising all post that comes in and goes out of the office.
File all office and job receipts/invoices
Keeping the Riff Raff calendar up to date with all production and company key dates.
Organising company events.
Answering the phones
Making travel arrangements, booking taxis, couriers, flights and accommodation
Greeting visitors Provide general administrative support

Your skill-set should include:
Competency in using Microsoft Office
In depth abilities using Keynote, the Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro
Comfortable using video converter software & basic video encoding

We are looking for someone with:
Excellent people skills, an eye for detail, friendly manner, hunger, initiative and highly organised time management are key criteria.
It goes without saying that we are seeking a hard-working, organised, switched-on individual, who has a fun and vibrant personality. A good sense of humour is most definitely required.

Previous experience within production companies is preferable.

Must be available to start 1st September 2019.
