PA to Managing Directors
Academy is a world-renowned production company that creates commercials, music videos, short films and feature films.
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our company founders and managing directors, and who will also act as Office Manager. The role will require the ability to multitask and balance multiple workloads, look after several diaries, and maintain a calm, professional attitude under pressure.
Tasks may include: organising business and personal travel, arranging meetings, processing expenses, managing office facilities, running errands, organising company events, and assisting the production team with any overflow production needs. This is a highly varied job, which will be different each day. The ideal applicant would be able to adapt to changing workloads and priorities, and approach every new task with enthusiasm and initiative.
This job would be suited to someone committed to a career in producing commercials or music promos, who is looking for a way in to the industry.
We will be interviewing as soon as possible with the ideal applicant able to start in January, and available for a trial day with the current PA in the next few weeks.
The position will have a 3 month trial period, that will then lead on to a permanent job at Academy.
