PA to CEO & Founder

Passion is an award-winning independent production company with a 33-year heritage in making animated shorts, commercials, documentary series and features. The ideal candidate will possess a creative spark, and an eye for emotive imagery and story-telling. They will provide comprehensive organisational and administrative support. They will proactively oversee workloads and complete tasks as directed. This will include diary management, scheduling of conference calls, organising travel and preparing itineraries, handling all internal and external correspondence, prioritising emails, and dealing with home management. They will be required to deal with extremely sensitive information and liaise with senior management. The role is exacting and challenging, but for the right candidate, incredibly rewarding and interesting.

Requirements:

  • At least two years’ previous experience in a similar position
  • A keen interest in animation and production
  • A demonstrated ability to be autonomous, take initiative and employ good judgement
  • Exercising discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • A proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite, with knowledge of Adobe Suite (particularly InDesign) being preferable, but not essential
  • An ability to organise calls and meetings for various time zones, as well as travel arrangements in the UK and abroad
  • A capacity to adapt to a constantly changing work-flow
  • An affinity with animals as the CEO and Founder both have dogs

Founder (Andrew Ruhemann)

  • Point of contact between Founder and internal/external contacts.
  • Handling communications, daily maintenance of diary, arranging/accepting meetings and conference calls as well as maintain and manage meeting commitments
  • International travel coordination including flights, accommodation and transport.
  • Process corporate expenses and track personal spending
  • Monitor and manage emails, draft correspondence.
  • Occasional IT support.
  • Company and personal administration (medical appointments, haircuts, car insurance & permits, liaise with landlord)

CEO (Nick Southgate)

  • Point of contact between CEO and internal/external contacts
  • Handling communications, daily maintenance of diary, arranging/accepting meetings and conference calls as well as maintain and manage meeting commitments
  • Arrange travel, and parking/maintenance for the company car
