Office Manager

Office Manager
Spindle, a multi-award winning creative studio and production company based in London, is seeking an enthusiastic and talented individual for a Office Manager role.
This role covers a broad range of roles including:
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the upkeep of the office/studio space
  • Work with Producers to implement and track the success of our People + Planet commitments through platforms such as AdGreen (training to be provided)
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Managing diaries
  • Managing internal administrative tools such as Google Drive and Slack
  • Managing companies subscriptions and accounts
  • Managing an awards calendar and awards entries
  • Conducting a broad range of research tasks
  • Sourcing and booking crew and suppliers
  • Managing PR materials and communicating with external PR teams
Skills and Experience
  • Passion for advertising, film, TV and photography
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Be able to work independently as well as within a fast-paced team
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure with a can-do attitude
  • A basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Keynote 
  • Experience with Google suite applications
  • An understanding of WordPress is preferable but not essential
