Music Project Manager
Golden Wolf, is seeking a Music Project Manager to bring that spoonful of sugar to our productions. Whether it’s managing a world-class sonic rebrand, music for an advertising campaign, or sound design for animation, the Music Project Manager will oversee workflow and client communication for all TYM productions.
The ideal candidate is organised & pro-active, a go-getter who understands the importance of communication and structure. You’ll play a key role in establishing standards of business, including bidding, licensing and workflow, in collaboration with leadership. You’ll work with our creative team to source talent, including composers, sound designers and musicians, and with external partners to licence existing tracks or other commercial talent. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple commercial projects working with Golden Wolf’s teams in London and New York. .

Hours: 9AM-6PM LDN / Monday – Friday Location: Hybrid Remote/In Person at Golden Wolf LDN
You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-discipline teams to develop, maintain, and execute project plans that deliver commitments on time at the highest quality.
Plan and manage productions from award to delivery, including calendaring, staffing, tracking and client management.
Collate and oversee postings and deliveries, making sure all assets meet quality controls and adhere to company standards.
Create and maintain schedules, tracking of tasks and progress. Ensure all deadlines are met.
Establish guidelines for bidding and budget management. Ensure all projects meet financial goals.
Manage the flow of assets and information/feedback between both internal & external teams.
Assign and track tasks using our in-house project tracking tools. Ensure the creative team is fully briefed and working to appropriate timelines.
5+ years prior experience in the music industry (project management roles). Preference for candidates with experience in advertising & branding..
Have experience building teams and running projects with minimal direction working towards predetermined goals
Have the ability to lead cross functional collaboration with internal partners and 3rd parties/vendors
Display intuitive problem-solving skills to help with task prioritisation, foresee roadblocks and preconceived solutions
You have a solid set of personal industry contacts and will nurture and build that network with TYM to attract creative and business opportunities.
Effective and self-motivated communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be a collaborative and dynamic team-player who is able to work with many different types of personalities. Have the ability to maintain team morale through enthusiasm, optimism, and authority in the face of challenges.
