Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and passionate assistant to support our Marketing Department.


The role will provide a strong administrative foundation for the team across the entire PR and Marketing spectrum including awards, events, social media and internal comms and website. The successful candidate will have a flair for writing, passion for creative work, attention to detail, and a demonstrable interest in Marketing/Film.  You will be comfortable with using digital technologies and learning tools such as Mailchimp, WordPress CMS, Google Suite and Airtable.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Researching, planning and delivering tactical integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Managers
  • Updating the Marketing calendar to reflect the team’s activity across projects, social, press, awards, events, and festivals. Reviewing and updating external directories APA/Source/Slate, and more)
  • Help liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, press, clients, and partner organizations. Provide regular updates and trends to the company, to ensure we are keeping up with participating in the ongoing cultural and industry events.
  • Working with the design and edit department to produce marketing materials.
  • Budget management assistance
  • Maintain and improve relevant and targeted press lists. Track and archive coverage including key quotes. Press pack assembly and internal distribution
  • Working with the Marketing & Content Manager execute the social media strategy, through research, copywriting, analytics, and posting
  • Working with the Marketing and PR Manager to research, track and execute award submissions in a timely manner
  • Monitoring editing and content creation for the website. Executing timely creation of project pages including creating and uploading content.

Reporting to: Marketing Managers

Role: Full Time

Location: London – Hybrid (In office + Remote)
