Junior Directors Rep | New Business Sales

This is a rewarding and interesting role for a person starting out in our industry. We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Junior Directors Rep. The role will be working closely with our Head of New Business and EP’s in selling our directors roster and promoting our company.

You:

• This is a role that requires the ability to be a team player with an approachable, friendly manner but with strong drive and initiative.
• Excellent communication skills are a must as is the ability to listen and retain information.
• An interest in the moving image and the creative world.
• Resilience is essential and the ability to stay motivated.
• Be teachable and open to new ideas.

The Role:

• To find and forge relationships with new clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of our work and directors.
• Present our directors reels and be able to match the work to the client’s needs.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and news.
• Manage showreels and keep them up to date.

Salary: Dependent on experience.
