Cool, but what are you looking for in me?

You’ll be both a thinker and a doer – with the ability to develop radical and rebellious concepts in the head, and onto the page (and screen).

Starting from briefs that combine objective, audience and strategy, you will be able to come up with creative ideas which help bring forward fresh thinking and transform businesses and behaviour, by creating standout advertising, that can be executed across multiple media touch points from TV to digital to OOH and beyond.

But this is a junior roles so above all we want you to be open to learning and getting involved.

Whilst this is an office-based occupation, good ideas can happen anywhere so Junior Creatives are not exclusively office based. As part of delivering a campaign, they may visit locations such as, film sets, studios and even overseas locations, so you need to be ready to work flexibly
As well as helping advertise our client’s business’s you’ll also be responsible for ours. You’ll be responsible for developing, creating and delivering content across the agency’s social channels and building a strong tone of voice through that content as part of our marketing strategy.

Creative Objective: To make something change – whether fame levels, KPIs for clients or wider cultural change. Everything we do should aim for impact in some way.

Our clients right now are backing us on some big work … and we work collaboratively with them to help them achieve their wildest dreams. But we can always take them further.

These are tough creative asks… but the ambition is to make the most famous work in the world for these and other brands.

What will I be working on?

Digital, Campaign, Content, OOH… whatever the day throws at us. But you’ll always be making it the very best it can be.
World-famous brands. National icons. Technology unicorns. Plucky upstarts no one’s yet heard of. You’ll get to work on all of these, with a team of brilliant, optimistic people right by your side (and scattered all across the world).

Working with…
Internal: Reporting to Senior Creative.
Working alongside a wide range of people across the agency. Account Management team; Production; Creative teams and directors; Creative Services.
External: They also work with other specialists including film directors, photographers, artists, illustrators, musicians and designers; post production houses. You may also be asked to present ideas to clients and cross agency.

Creative Responsibilities
Understanding basic client marketing problems and developing relevant creative ideas and concepts to solve the problem and to meet the brief.
Taking the creative brief from the client team and asking intelligent questions to better understand the client’s requirements (for example, about the target’s motivations or journey to purchase).
Articulating and presenting their creative ideas to Creative Directors and/or senior creatives
Presenting creative ideas to the account teams and clients as required.
Developing creative presentations and mood boards to help bring their ideas to life and tell stories.
Assisting senior creative on new business pitches.
Amending and redeveloping ideas after feedback.
Working with producers and production team to bring ideas to life.
Collaborating with wider team, suppliers and other agencies.
Attending external locations, edits and 3rd parties in order to assist with the creative aspects of production.
Maintaining awareness of creative work done by competitors, and market/tech developments and cultural trends in relation to the accounts being worked on to ensure campaigns are unique.
Managing the pressure of tight deadlines and busy schedules, working on multiple projects simultaneously as required.
Helping create content for existing clients and new business pitches.
Content Creation Responsibilities
Responsible for Brave Spark’s own IG and LI platforms, as well as the website.
Creating content for those (with assistance from design and production team if required) to create stand out and regular content.
Owning and Driving this content to position Brave Spark as a leading creative studio within our space, and fitting this into our wider marketing strategy. .


You are someone who likes to work in close collaboration with your team, clients, and brands. You are hands on, entrepreneurial and relish the opportunity to create innovative work, driven by conceptual, strategic and ambitious thinking.

But more than anything, we want you to shape what creative looks like at Brave Spark.


Reporting to the Senior Creative, you’ll be working closely alongside the Creative, Design, and Production teams.

Tenacious and resilient – consider feedback objectively, bounce back from constructive criticism of their ideas, and continue working on the brief with enthusiasm to find new solutions.
Working well under the pressure of tight budgets and deadlines on multiple projects, while still maintaining rapport with the team and the client.
Good at coming up with ideas to solve problems under time pressure.
Creatively curious, for example in questions around the brief, new mediums, assessing the competition and bold in their thinking and ideation.
Courageous in putting forward their ideas and challenging others.
Endlessly curious about culture and what makes people tick.
