It sits at the heart of our business and allows us to mine the real world to find ways to relevant ways to place brands in culture.

We choose the clients we work with carefully, often proactively pitching them if we think we can help them and our values align – Our Refugee Olympic Work with Google and UNHCR or our recent Red Bull series are good examples of this.

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an Integrated Producer to join our East London studio. Someone who is passionate about shepherding ideas through creative development but who also has the chops to go on and line produce any idea, be that film, stills, digital or experiential.
This is a great opportunity to make your mark in a dynamic and fast paced environment. A key member of a small team, you will be ambitious, independent and fiercely organised.
At Just So we believe in one team with a “right minds, right time” mentality. As such you will lead some projects, handling all aspects of Client communication, or be the production lead on others, working alongside a Client Director.
You will often be involved from brief stage through creative development, production, post-production and delivery. Regardless of project size or team make-up you will always be responsible for scoping, budgeting and managing the project through the entire production process.

You’ll be responsible for multiple campaigns at one time, working on global brands such as O2, Clarks, Google, Diageo and Red Bull.

Skills & Experience
● Minimum 3 years producing experience – scoping and managing multiple and often complex integrated, cross-media projects, across production, post production, content, social media campaigns, experiential, out of home / digital and print.

● Strong financial and budgeting skills – you’ll be expected to quickly scope out projects, construct budgets and manage them through to maintain margins and overall campaign profitability.

● Good negotiation and people skills – essential to have good working relationships with the Creative, Strategic and Client team.

● Conscientious, trustworthy and reliable you’ll thrive on taking ownership of your projects and pride yourself on making sure they are the best they can be.
