Part Time – Head of Sales / Commercials Executive Producer

We’re looking for a talented and experienced part-time Head of Sales/ Commercials Executive Producer.

A vested interest in culture, art, music, fashion, as well as advertising is essential as a common thread which runs through the My Accomplice values. My Accomplice has a development ethos that runs through how we build talent, as well as the work we create in advertising and into feature  film and documentary output.

You will play a key role in the advancement of each director’s development and we are looking for someone to build and maintain a close relationship with our roster as well as bringing in key advertising agency relationships.

The focus of the role will be selling & developing talent, by arranging in person meetings with agencies and brands, creating new business contacts and attending events on behalf of the company under our guidance.

The perfect candidate will bring great existing advertising agency contact base plus experience at hands on production.

Responsibilities include:

• Building new and nurturing existing relationships with advertising agencies and clients. Working to bring in creative pitch opportunities for commercials and branded content.
• Scheduling and presenting directors reels to agencies and brands in person where possible but also digitally. Speaking with knowledge and passion about the work is vitally important.
• Developing our roster of directors.
• Regular communication (meetings/emails/calls) with directors.
• Searching for new and emerging talent.
• Helping with overall company branding and PR, to include online publications, social channels and company mail outs of news / new work.
• Attending and planning company events. Creating showreels appropriate for incoming director enquiries and strategically cross-selling talent where necessary.
• Drafting and sending mailers to clients, agencies and other industry contacts.
• Ensuring and overseeing new work is added to our website, Wiredrive, Vimeo, director reels & social media channels where appropriate.
• Attending shoots
• Leading the treatment and bidding process for pitches to agencies and clients alongside the MD.
• Following productions through from bid to delivery and beyond.
