You will be the first point of contact for Commercial enquiries and will then decide to lead client comms or assign bids to other Producers, in collaboration with the Head of Production. You will oversee the team to develop, convert and lead business for all Commercial clients and ensure all productions are delivered on time and on budget while maintaining the highest standards.

This will be done in conjunction with our business development team to enable a rounded approach to pursuing and managing profitable new relationships, key accounts and repeat business opportunities for LS. As a stream leader, you will support the Director of Sales and Marketing to set the yearly stream forecast and lead the production team to achieve the forecast in collaboration with our business development team. You’ll report monthly to the Director of Sales and Marketing on sales activities and plan sales activations with the Business Development Manager. You may be required to attend Commercial shoots which are being led by other producers, in order to build and retain client relations.

As the Head of the Commercial stream, you will be responsible for leading the production team in the production process of such projects, helping them understand the creative & production brief and subsequently providing a detailed quote, converting the job, doing the production, and negotiating the final budget.
