We are now looking for a Finance Assistant to join our growing, but close-knit finance team.

Our team provides clients with world-class photo and film production and location knowledge, offering an unrivalled depth of logistical understanding. We specialise in commercials, sport and fashion campaigns, music videos and film and TV.
Processing of supplier invoices
Processing of sales invoices
Create weekly supplier payment run and set up in bank
Daily bank reconciliations
Barclaycard Management & reconciliation
Amex Management & reconciliation
Coding and review of Pleo / Equals transactions (prepaid Mastercard)
Run job reports when needed
Supplying of float to the Production team
Balancing of float account and expenses
Digitising of receipts
Providing the Financial Accountant with analysis to produce MI
Email supplier remittances
Daily email and telephone enquiries
Pay in cheques and cash at bank
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience. 2+ years as a minimum.
Collaboration is key. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build great working relationships with all departments.
Technically minded. Solid understanding of iOS/Apple and leading software packages including GSuite, Zoom and Microsoft.
Detailed. You’ll have great attention to detail.
Attitude. Calm in the face of changing circumstances, positive and solutions focussed.
Innovative. Ability to prioritise work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Salary £18-22k depending on experience.

You’ll report to the Production Finance Manager, Jennie Lawson and in her absence, the Finance Director, Gail Skinner.
You will work from our Edinburgh office at 107 Constitution Street, Edinburgh, EH6 7AE or remotely. We operate a hybrid working policy, but you will be required to work from the office approximately 2 or 3 days a week.
