Role:  Director’s Rep

Location: Remote/ Hybrid

Salary: Dependant on experience, plus commission and bonus structure.

We’re looking for a Director’s Rep to work within our existing Marketing & Development team.

As a passionate and proactive Director’s Rep, you will be instrumental in expanding A+C’s production schedule. In this role, you will be the ambassador for our new directors roster and your ability to connect with people will be key. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and agencies, providing first-class consultancy, and presenting our creative proposals and quotations with flair and charisma. Your listening skills, warm personality, and ability to establish trust will be crucial in establishing A+C Studios as a sought-after production partner.

The Role

• Represent the studio and present professional, tailored proposals and quotations to prospects and clients.

• Utilise a combination of networking, personal prospecting, and virtual/in-person events to generate leads and expand your client base.

• Develop and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients by educating them on our products and services through outbound prospecting.

• Stay organised by tracking and maintaining client information in our CRM database and keeping a record of prospect updates.

• You will be required to travel into London for face to face meetings.

As a successful Director’s Rep, you will have:

• A proven background in creative services and/or account management showcasing your expertise in this field.

• A self-starter mindset, able to work independently and effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• A deep understanding of agency production processes and methodologies, providing you with a competitive edge in the industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
