Job Outline: – Schedule all meetings both in-person and virtually across multiple time zones – Ensure EP and other members of the development team have all relevant information & material in preparation of meetings. – Draft agendas for meetings where necessary – Book + prepare meeting rooms and liaise with Reception for external visitors – Review, track and filter all new enquiries + set up initial calls where necessary – Track and maintain the status of all projects in development from early-stage enquiries to commissioned work – Maintain and update the file saving systems with all latest material – Take meeting notes and email out action steps to relevant people – Support Director care + maintaining communication with key creatives – Draft process NDAs and MNDAs – Track & report on project developments by liaising with key members of the business affairs and development teams – Research and track artists, writers and directors – Look at trades (Deadline, Cartoon Brew, Variety etc.) for industry news and major industry updates. – Research and track books in line with the development team’s intended slate – Use the internal accounting software to ensure project pages and cost reports are up to date – Process + approve invoices once approved with your EP Candidate requirements: – Demonstrates excellent attention to detail – Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative – Organised – Diplomatic – Experience in Animation required – A love and understanding of the creative process |
