About Acne:
Founded in 1996, Acne is an internationally acclaimed integrated creative collective focusing on
storytelling for brands in a digital age. With headquarters in Stockholm, and offices in London,
Paris, Berlin and Tokyo, we are made up of a team of around 100 specialists.
Acne is not a traditional agency and the nature of the work that we do requires a different
approach that breaks down the artificial siloes of baton passing work and churning out creative
work through a single production process and instead builds a team of people who work
together on a variety of different projects, bringing in experts from around the Acne family, and
externally, as and when required.

Who we’re looking for – Creative studio manager/EA:

An exceptionally well organised individual looking for an opportunity to grow in a new model
agency. The ideal candidate will be a versatile, ‘can do’, keen problem solver who will roll their
sleeves and dive into any task or challenge that presents itself. The opportunity is suited to an
individual who is an aspiring production coordinator or account executive; they will relish the
chance to learn more about agency process, apply their organisational skill set to improve ways
of working and want to be part of fostering a great agency culture.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Managing and co-ordinating creative department workload and scheduling team’s
working hours.
● Managing managing director’s diary
● Coordinating weekly status & workflow meetings to ensure key team attendance, rooms
booked to time & outputs actioned
● Having a holistic overview of team diaries, key meetings & holidays to proactively flag
where potential clashes may occur
● Monitoring and tracking resource allocation in line with weekly workflow to pre-empt
bottlenecks and ensure resource requirements are proactively anticipated
● Take an active lead in coordinating weekly finance WIP meetings to ensure room is
booked, meeting attended and inputs/outputs actioned
● Leadership of monthly creative lunches: arranging key team diaries, setting agenda and
ordering lunch
● Coordination of external meetings with suppliers relating to DD and Acne Works, for
example new upcoming directors and show reels, facebook, instagram or fb
● Coordination of internal team travel arrangements, as well as client & Stockholm travel
as and when required
● Coordination of agency entertainment and away days, including summer and Christmas
as well as ad hoc team arrangements as needed
● Management of internal finances; tracking and billing
● Manage set up of new starter process from inductions, to IT equipment and set up &
local orientation
● Account support for pitches & projects to include responsibilities such as collating slides,
research stimulus, pitch presentation materials, proofreading, printing & delivering where
needed
● Supporting the Acne team in ensuring the office environment is kept a tidy and pleasant
environment to work in, including for example ordering of flowers, catering, desk
assessments or ad hoc office equipment as needed

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 year’s experience working in a similar role
● Proactive and enthusiastic problem-solver
● Fiendishly organised and detail-oriented
● Confidence to proactively manage and corral the agency team
● Adept in team and project management processes
● Eager to learn and develop advertising skills
