We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper to work in our friendly, fun office in Shoreditch. Easy transport links by overground, bus and tube. One – two days a week required. We currently work on Quickbook but would consider a switch to Sage. Your responsibilities would be:


Purchase ledger

  • General processing of supplier and production invoices
  • Production invoices to be paid within APA guidelines
  • NI calculations to be deducted according to HMRC guidelines
  • Load payments into online bank account for directors’ approval
  • Payment remittance with advice on deductions to suppliers and crew

Sales Ledger

  • Raising of sales invoices according to instructions from producers
  • Credit control

General accounting

  • Weekly bank reconciliation on Quickbook
  • Weekly cash flow reporting
  • Payroll and PAYE payment monthly
  • Project reconciliation and report to producers at end of each project
  • Monthly management accounts
