- advising all relevant agencies through the period up to play out

What we’ll need you to do.
In a nutshell: the creative output of work Communications. You’ll lead the creative team and creative processes, taking on the people management that comes with the territory and creating new ideas yourself – for everything from client branding and to marketing campaigns. The profitability and creative quality of client projects also need you to uphold them.

• Control quality by proofing and reviewing creative output, keeping an eye on project process and employee performance

The Production Manager provides high-level assistance for the Producers as they set up, execute, and wrap live action shoots and post production jobs. The Production Manager oversees the support-level moving parts for any shoots and attends to the details, ensuring that each job follows industry standard practice.
During pre-production, the Production Manager attends all logistical meetings and assists the Producer in organizing and planning the entire shoot. During the production phase, the Production Manager is on set to ensure everything goes according to plan and deal with problems that arise.
During post-production, the Production Manager assists the Post Production Supervisor in overseeing and managing edits. Responsiblities also include internal accountability assurance.


The Production Manager also oversees small shoots completely, including budgeting.
