Our Accountant is pregnant and will not be returning to work after her maternity leave so we need a replacement to do 3 days per week starting at the beginning of May.

The role would involve the following:

Preparation of Quarterly Management Accounts
Monthly Cashflow Analysis
Processing and posting Petty Cash / expense claims / Credit card
Processing weekly and monthly P.A.Y.E
Posting purchase ledger invoices to Sage and payments using Barclays BIB
Raising invoices and posting to Sage
Dealing with supplier queries
Credit control
Weekly bank & petty cash reconciliations
Reconciling production cost reports to central accounting system
Various ad-hoc reporting
Preparation of statutory returns (VAT, Payroll etc)
Budget preparation
Supporting production staff in day-to-day accounting needs

Knowledge of Sage line 50 essential

About you –

• You will need solid experience gained in a similar post-production role, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-project post-production house.

We are looking for a Producer to form part of our professional team at our Head Office in Palma de Mallorca, on a permanent basis.

Our ideal candidate would be a pro-active, multi-tasking team worker with extensive advertising industry background and notable experience in production, direction and locations.

The role consists in using his/her know-how to sell our services to his/her already established contacts as well as developing new business worldwide.

You would manage the scheduling of suites, kit and operators and lead a bookings team which assists with scheduling and deals with all dub orders and playouts.
