We are looking for a full time Studio & Production Office Runner. You’d be working closely with our Director of Artist & Studio Development on the studio side and our support team in the Production Office, providing support to management and our production team.
You’d be responsible for a lot of day-to-day running tasks, but also have the chance to assist producers, production managers and production assistants at pitch stage and on specific tasks through a production. In the Nexus studio, you’d be helping keep up to date our database of freelance artists and ensuring that artists working in the studio have the right assets at their disposal throughout their time with us.
There’d also be the chance to act as runner/2nd AD on live action and stop frame shoots from time to time, though the bulk of this role would be in house and covering a lot on non-production tasks - providing phone cover, carrying out general admin tasks and so on.

Foreign Office needs a line producer to look after our production ”Ice”. The job is awarded and has started. The project is about creating, designing and animating media content such as satellite images, TV straps, computer interface screens etc for a feature length TV miniseries. All in all about 70 shots at 2K resolution.
The project already has a budget and rough overall schedule. The job is about picking up from the ground running and bringing the Ice project to completion.
The successful applicant has experience in managing and organising complex film and TV VFX and post production projects involving animation and live action. Client liaison, planning and keeping everybody on brief and on time. We need help with following up a tight schedule and budget, working together with our in-house production assistant on bringing content in from the client in London and New Zealand, and bringing finished comps out to client for approvals and final delivery.
Some knowledge or at least firm understanding of the production pipeline is a big plus.

• Compression techniques, knowledge of codecs and standards conversions
