APA website
The APA works with its members to promote their expertise worldwide.
The front of the APA site, featuring members logos, aims to help agencies. Agencies inform us that they use the APA website to view showreels because they know they can see every companies showreel in one place. The logos on the front of our site are, thus, important to guiding agencies who might use our members services to them. Having a good website as a showcase for your work is important, Equally important is getting the right people to look at it and the APA website provides that.
APA Collection
The APA Collection, following its premiere at the APA Show, is seen worldwide on dvd through our partnership with Shots. It is also seen at events in countries including Japan and Russia, where it forms part of advertising events, in association with our partners there Jean Christian Bouvier (Japan) and Navi-gator (Russia).
Marketing events overseas
Since 2004, the APA has organised events overseas to promote its members, learn about the advertising industries of other markets and develop productive markets with them. The biggest events, which have been ground breaking and involved many of our members, have been the Tokyo London Creative Forum 2004, the Shanghai London Advertising Forum 2007 and the Beijing London Advertising Forum 2009. The events have been organised with the support of UKTI and the Beijing event was in partnership with the IPA. APA members have used the events as a springboard for significant business, with APA members generating millions of pounds worth of production from their new business relationships in Japan and China.
